October 11, baby Dorcas Manuel was born in the new maternity clinic in Mozambique. The doors of the clinic in Beira was officially opened with representatives from the national Ministry of Health, staff from Dorcas' local partner organisation CCM, mothers-to-be, parents with their children and Dorcas staff present. Only a few days after the festive occasion, the first baby, named Dorcas Manuel, was born. Both he and his mother Teresa Moises, 18, are doing well.... continue

Wednesday September 16, the doors of a much needed shelter for teenage mothers and their children were opened in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
Representatives of the local administration, Social Affairs, churches of different denominations as well as staff members of Dorcas' local partner organisation, Mission Possible, attended the celebration.
