Today, the Dorcas-built home for grannies in Waw, South Sudan, opened its doors.
The building, with rooms for 46 elderly people, includes beds, blankets, bed sheets, kitchen utensils and others necessities for the elderly who - until today - have lived on the street in very difficult circumstances.

-"Yesterday, I travelled with a colleague to visit the community of Bolosse, to meet with one of our partner organizations, the UEBH (Union of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Haiti). Help Dorcas help the victims struck by the earthquake in Haiti!
Dorcas Aid provides thousands of quake survivors with access to clean drinking water, medical services, shelter, and basic necessities to meet immediate needs.
Implementing partners are CRWRC and MTI, two of Dorcas' long-term international partner organisations present at the disaster location.
