Wednesday September 16, the doors of a much needed shelter for teenage mothers and their children were opened in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
Representatives of the local administration, Social Affairs, churches of different denominations as well as staff members of Dorcas' local partner organisation, Mission Possible, attended the celebration.

Today, 343 white balloons are released in Beslan: one balloon for every victim that died in the massacre five years ago. The memorial began on Tuesday, September 1, and ends today at the cemetery where every name of each victim is mentioned.

The resource center for the Kitise community in Kenya has opened its doors.
In addition to to community, the District Commissioner and officials from the Ministry of Health attended the opening of the centre.
