Released: Annual Report 2009

In 2009, Dorcas, through and with its local partner organisations assisted thousands of poor and oppressed people around the world:

> 23,000 persons were provided access to sanitation

> 5,000 farmers were trained

> 136,000 patients received medical treatment and support

> 1,260 persons were supported to follow vocational training.

> 250 houses were built

> 9.3 million meals were distributed to hungry and poor people.

Dorcas gives glory to God and thanks to its numerous donors (everyone from the thousands of private donors to governments) for the generous support that once again has made it possible for Dorcas to assist the children, men, women and elderly who lived in permanent crisis around the world in 2009.
