Medical Degree for Sponsorship Child
 |
Little Charity Kembabazi was only 9 years old when she was incorporated in the Dorcas sponsorship program. Charity, her siblings and her mother lived together in Kisiizi, Uganda and were very happy - though they fought poverty every day.
Charity's mother worked hard since her husband had died. Through the Dorcas sponsorship programme, Charity was given the opportunity to go to school, pay the school-fees and school-material.
Today, Charity is 22 years of age and about to graduate with a degree in Medical Entomology and Parasitology from the School of Medical Entomology in Kampala.

-"I am about to graduate! I praise God for His goodness - I owe it all to Him. He has provided for me through the sponsorship program. Thanks to my Dorcas-donor, a dear old lady from the Netherlands, I now I can really build up a life and a future. My sponsor really made a difference in my life!"
Charity leads the youth in her local church and is also a member of the youth fellowship at the school.
