Dorcas, Giving Hands Sign Memo of Understanding
May 1, Dirk Jan Groot, International Director of Dorcas Aid and Reverend Horst J. Kreie, Executive Manager of Giving Hands (Gebende Hände) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).The MoU aims to identify areas of common interest between the two organisations. Giving Hands and Dorcas Aid wish to support and complement each other's efforts in the following areas:
1. Food and non-food items 2. Logistic services
In addition, the two organisations will support each other and aim for organisational growth through exchanging knowledge, expertise, best practises and lessons learned between themselves. - "I am delighted to be establishing a closer relationship with Giving Hands through this MoU. As a result, both organisations can be more effective and efficient, and will be able to serve the beneficiaries better," said Dirk Jan Groot of Dorcas Aid.
