Achievements Until Now:
4 strategic partners in Albania benefit from capacity building. Significant improvements have been noted in aspects of human resources, organizational and institutional development. All the partners involved have developed human resource manuals and 3 of them have clear financial systems. Notably, 3 are mobilizing extra resources from other sources and all 4 are involved in exchange of experience and information with other stakeholders. Partners have also recorded improvement of skills in project management, financial management and monitoring & evaluation.
Target Group:
Staff of 4 partner organizations of Dorcas in Albania.
Problem Program Addresses:
The organizations Dorcas partners with in Albania are newly founded and have a need for development of their capacity and knowledge in order to improve their effectiveness and efficiency and expand their programs.
Purpose:
To train 4 partners of Dorcas Aid Int. Albania on organizational and institutional development in order to strengthen their capacity to implement sustainable programs addressing poverty.
