One partner has a developed financial policy and systems and 3 are working on draft financial policies. All partner organizations are involving beneficiaries in decision-making processes through beneficiary committees. Finally, one partner has developed both strategic plan and a gender policy while the rest are working on drafts of strategic plans at different levels.
